All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. International order take on average 2-6 weeks to arrive but can take longer depending on a country's regulations .

INTERNATIOANL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES

Currently unavailable: Australia, Ireland, India, Israel & Afghanistan

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Velorella is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If a package is marked as delivered and missing, please contact USPS. We are no longer liable after it's in USPS's hands.

PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS OR DECLINED AT CUSTOMS WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND ONCE THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO US.

BEHIND VELORELLA

 We started Velorella in 2021 during the pandemic by first selling our Tiktok viral corset tops to it evolving into a social media viral dress shop! Our dresses are recognized not only for their beautiful styles but their functionality. We carry many dresses that are double layered, high in stretch for a fit look and are long lasting with care in the wash. We mostly curate dressy styles for going out but have a small selection of basics and will continue to focus on both style and functionality.

 I started Velorella because I have been experienced in the retail world since a young age and decided to take a leap of faith and start my own shop at the age of 21 meanwhile in college. Fortunately, in less than two years I was able to build a strong customer base because of you with my team! Throughout the years we appreciate the great feedback our customers have given us.
