Missing Package
If your package is marked as delivered and you find that it is missing, we are NOT liable. As soon as the package is sent to the USPS it is out of our liability. Please contact USPS to resolve the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Accepted Returns
Once we accept the return and send over a return shipping label, you are responsible for shipping it out within 7 days. Once we inspect the returned item/s we will refund you. We are NOT responsible for shipping fees on returned packages. There will be a flat flee of $5 USD deducted from your refund amount to cover the return shipping fee.

fit perfectly
It is really pretty. The lenght is flattering. The shape is flattering. I love the color.
It doesn't really do anything for your body shape because it is really stretchy and the fabric is not as the picture shows on the website. It is more of a netted fabric so it doesn't give you the support you might expect from the pictures shown here.
The straps are THIN and the lenght changer thingy for the straps does not stay in place.
A few changes I will do on the dress now is probably closing the gap the dress has so I can wear a bra underneath and maybe I will sew on different straps too.
