RETURN POLICY: STARTING APRIL 20TH ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 We have a different return policy for these days please read carefully!

  All purchases will be final sale starting APRIL 20TH, 2023. We are preparing for a close out sale therefore all sales will be final until our rebrand on AUGUST 2023.

 

 RETURN POLICY AFTER JANUARY 2023:

 General policy please ready carefully

 We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 - Sale items are final sale

- If a discount code 20% and + was used at checkout all the items are final sale 

- Markdowns are final sale (markdowns end with .00 and are temporary sale items)

International orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

- Formal long dresses over midi length for special occasion are final sale

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.

Missing Package

If your package is marked as delivered and you find that it is missing, we are NOT liable. As soon as the package is sent to the USPS it is out of our liability. Please contact USPS to resolve the issue. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLATIONS:

We do NOT allow cancellations on confirmed orders. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, undergarment, silicone bras, lashes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  If you have questions or concerns about your specific item please contact us. 

ON SALE ITEMS OR MAKED DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL. THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Accepted Returns

Once we accept the return and send over a return shipping label, you are responsible for shipping it out within 7 days. Once we inspect the returned item/s we will refund you. We are NOT responsible for shipping fees on returned packages. There will be a flat flee of $5 USD deducted from your refund amount to cover the return shipping fee.
